1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products used, tampered with, or damaged due to mishandling

  • Items returned after the 7-day period

  • Shipping charges (unless the error was ours)

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank or credit card statement.

  • Then contact your payment provider (some may take extra processing time).

  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us directly.
