- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- The issue is verified and approved by our quality check team.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items returned without original packaging, invoice, or tags.
3. Refund Process

- Please include your Order ID, photos/videos of the damaged product, and a brief explanation.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
