3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your Order ID, photos or videos of the product, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify the claim and, if approved, arrange a return pickup or request that you send it to our return address.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping is free.
  • If the return is for any other reason, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

5. Refund for Returns
