2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Depending on your location, delivery takes approximately 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, external factors like weather, festivals, or logistics issues may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
3. Shipping Charges
- 01. Additional charges for packing and forwarding will apply as necessary.
- A standard shipping fee of ₹ may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- You can also use the “Track Order” option on our website.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery:
- Do not accept the package.
- Take photos of the packaging and product.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
