At Perfect Insulations we are proud of our outstanding flexible part (polyester film) fabrication services. We offer the best in steel rule die cutting and Mylar die cut parts. Whether you’re manufacturing S M P S ,LED Drivers, Ballast or electronic devices, Perfect Insulations will exactly bend, fold, form or punch your choice of flexible materials( up to 350 microns). Using the latest machines developed by us we fabricate a wide variety of papers, laminates and polyester films
QUALITY

Each lot goes trough 3 levels of inspection to maintain the highest level of perfection. Most other polyester film converters use perforated blades to obtain creasing. This method often causes the insulation material to crack and creates the possibility of current leakage (H.V failure).
